I'm your personal Brand Whisperer and Vision Alchemist committed to help you uncover and live your highest potential.

I have two stories to share with you about achieving your full potential.
Both happened to me, but only one of them is true.

The first story is about how I envisioned a consulting business for myself and within a few short months I was earning well into the six figures.

The secrets of my success included leveraging my track record as a consultant, including 8 years at Walt Disney World and my willingness to invest in my business and take smart risks.

As a result of my consulting practice, I have advised executives in world-class companies all around the world.

Now let me tell you the REAL story...

My real moment of courage wasn’t when I took a gamble on my business and my website went live. It was when I quit my job at Disney a couple of years prior to starting my business. I didn't leave Disney for a better job or to start my business. It was because I knew that if I stayed working there in the capacity I was, I was never going to achieve my highest potential. Part of the reason was to be there for my small kids.

The other part is just that internal discontent and quiet knowing that there was more to life than what I was living.

Leaving Disney was one of the hardest decisions of my life. Landing the job was the realization of a lifelong dream and all the hard work I put into attaining my masters' degree.

Sure I was struggling with the sheer exhaustion of raising small kids while holding a highly visible position, but what gave me the courage to make a change was when my Dad died of lung cancer way too young.

It was a wakeup call showed me that there was more to life than climbing the corporate ladder.

And so, I had to do what made no sense to anyone at the time – I left my job at Disney for the potential of achieving my potential.

The years since leaving Disney and working on my own business have been great teachers about what it means to discover and live out your highest potential.

  • Your highest potential isn't always up.  There's a lot of ways to express our potential and earn a substantial living that doesn't require turning into a round peg to fit into the square holes of an organization.
  • Your highest potential is not synonymous with your career. Your career is simply one manifestation of your highest potential. If you get the order wrong, you will always be hustling for your worth because you have built your identity on shifting sand.
  • You cannot action plan your way to your potential  - you have to discover it. I think of our highest potential as a hidden gem that rests deep in our hearts and spirit. To excavate that potential, you have to extract it through your understanding of what it is that you makes you special…your personality, values and your unique expression in this world.

If you're ready to stop settling for mere success and want to achieve your highest potential,

If you're ready to accelerate your transformation and re-charge your passion for your work and your life...

Let's talk.

I work with high-achievers who are seriously considering or are in the middle of a major career or business transformation.

Having been there myself, I have insight that coaches may not. I get the money fears, the imposter-syndrome angst and the guilt of not wanting to let anyone down.

Let me help you transcend those fears, so you can clarify your vision for your next big step and then confidently make it real.

Through my eCourses, Mentor Programs, Mastermind Groups and Transformative Retreats you'll get the inspiration and proven, transferable best practices to help you accelerate the achievement of your dreams.

But my highest potential is to help uncover yours.

I want to help you see, own and value your best-at strengths and then find the words to communicate the difference that they make to your perfect client.

If you've read this far, there's a good chance I might the one to help you realize your potential. Let's get to know each other. You can sign up to stay connected via email and  grab your copy of "How to Get Started in Consulting Checklist" which will help you sidestep some of the avoidable mistakes that new and seasoned consultants make that cause them to leave money and opportunities on the table.

You don't have to get stuck in your head wondering what you need to do to get traction on your dreams. There is a better way.

Let me show you how.

Achieving What Matters Most

The one decision you'll never regret is organizing your career around what matters most to you.

It's been over 10 years since I left Disney and started my own business. Those small kids are now teenagers and I haven't missed a thing (except for one recital when my daughter was 4 but I had a friend record it!)

Let's face it - my career transformation (and your future one) was never just about my career. It was about my life.

My personal theme song since leaving Disney has been Bon Jovi’s “It’s my Life”. In the song, they sing, “It’s my life, it’s now or never. I ain't going to live forever, I just want to live while I’m alive.”

Do you feel like you are living fully alive? If no, don’t set some arbitrary goal and hope that happiness and greater success will come to you in the future. Instead set your intentions on recreating your career and business where your personal and professional life ooze with a sense of vitality and purpose and mostly joy.

Your highest potential is here, right now. All you need is the courage to believe it.

Let's get started.
